there are always people who complain about having to have itunes. Once you have itunes installed, you don't have to open itunes again.
and i was frustrated because i had an old itunes installed, but it had to be the latest itunes, so i had to go through all that before it would let me even install and then register this program. Yes, you will have to have itunes installed. there seemed to be issues with other people with downloading, or complaining, and it made me feel bad for this company because once i had downloaded and tried the program i thought the company was getting a bad rap from people. I can say, however, that i LOVE the program. I downloaded 'tenorshare icarefone' just recently and according to the website it looks like everything that program does, this one does so i will probably not need to download this.
